Welcome to CULINAIRE our school was created to fill the gap between demonstration only classes and a 4 year chefs trade couses. For those who have concentated on their career but would love to cook fine food, then Culinaire is for you.
All our courses are hands on with each student participating in every aspect of preparation and cooking. Classes are kept small for personal tuition by our quallified chefs.
