CULINAIRE cooking school was opened in 2003 to cater for adults wanting "hands on" classes and workshops rather than cooking demonstration type classes.
Our aim is to engage students in all aspects of the cooking process during classes and workshops. Each class and workshop comprehensive and teaches the fundamentals of cookery.
We have had great feedback from our students after the classes. We have also had very favourable publicity from the press ( Australian Country Style Magazine June 2010 Weekly Times 2010 and our local Paper) on TV we have featured on Cox y's Big Break on two occasions and on Postcards.)
