Yes there is an art to boiling water just as there is an art to poaching ,frying. grilling and baking.
This course is very intensive focusing on cooking methods from the ground up. We cover soups, stocks, sauces, seafood, egg cookery, meat, poultry,rice, pulses, and much more. No prior cooking skills are required.

Herbs and spices 2 days course 10am to 4pm apron & lunch is provided $215.00

Day one learn how to identify, select and use fresh herbs in every day cooking. We show you how to flavour food without loads of sodium and sugars. Left over herbs no problem, we show you how to keep them for future use.
Day two we concentrate on spice blending, identification,which spices to blend together successfully by creating a series of blends from different countries. Yes you take all your blends home.
