Text Box: Function  catering conditions:  Please read the Conditions. before signing  catering invoice.   1 . CULINAIRE will set aside your function date  for 7 days without a deposit.   2.  Should you decide not to go ahead a Courtesy call will be appreciated so that we can  allocate this date to other clients wishing  to book  a function on this date. 3. To confirmed your booking please forward your Function Booking form along with a DEPOSIT of 10% of your total Function cost to Culinaire. 4. Balance is payable in full 7 days prior to functions  date  (for all function over  $500 in value)    3. for small functions under  $500 payment can be  made on the day of the function.  The exceptions  are client who have an account arrangement with CULINAIRE. 5 Cancellations: will attract a 5% cancellation fee of the total function cost . Dates of functions can be transferred without any penalty incurred.  6.  final confirmation of numbers attending function to be confirmed 7 days prior to function. numbers shortfall after 5days  will incur  full payments from clients.
